Kenya’s fastest-growing digital news website, sauce.co.ke has achieved another significant milestone by being nominated among the top 10 finalists in the media of the year category in the Pulse Influencer Awards 2023

Created by media company Pulse Live, these awards celebrate the digital creativity, innovation, and community-building efforts of African influencers.

The Pulse Awards serve as a recognition of individuals who effectively utilize social media to distribute value, share ideas, and foster large, engaged communities.

Sauce.co.ke is barely a year old. It was launched in December 2022 and has rapidly gained popularity among news enthusiasts for its quick, verifiable, and unmatched reporting.

It also runs TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages. through which we connect with different audiences.

The website has quickly cut a niche for itself among readers who want content that is fresh, visually appealing, and generally interesting to read. Content is fresh, complete, and not merely meant to make you click on a story that ends up being bait.

Just last week, the website was ranked no. 14 on Feedspot’s top 25 news websites in Kenya.

As one of the few true digital native media houses, Sauce.co.ke produces content that is immediate, mobile friendly, interactive, hypertextual, visual, and published in real time.

The Pulse Influencer Awards 2023, will be held simultaneously in all the six Pulse markets. These include Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, and Côte d’Ivoire.

Fans can nominate their favorite influencers on the official Pulse Live website before the 6th August 2023 deadline.

The online voting phase commenced on September 5, 2023, after the nominees’ announcement. The winners will be awarded at a gala ceremony scheduled for October 7, 2023.

We would really appreciate it if you vote for us (sauce.co.ke) as the media influencer of the year. You can vote by clicking here.
