The annual Tusker Oktobafest is back, promising a month filled with cultural festivities across East Africa. Organized by East African Breweries, this event is all set to showcase an impressive lineup of musicians across South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya.

Kicking off the celebrations in Juba, South Sudan, on October 21st, Oktobafest will feature headliner Harmonize from Tanzania, joined by South Sudan’s own John Frog, and Kenyan artist Ndovu Kuu, who also happens to be the Tusker brand ambassador.

Meanwhile, in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, on the same day, the festivities continue with an exciting lineup, including the legendary Ugandan artist Jose Chameleone, Tanzania’s own Ali Kiba, and Kenyan rapper and singer Nyashinski.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! On October 22nd, the festival moves to Kampala, Uganda, where Harmonize and Nyashinski will be joined by the talented Azawi from Uganda.

The grand finale takes place from October 27th to 29th at Nairobi’s Ngong Racecourse, offering the highlight of the event. This spectacular closing features some of the region’s biggest stars, including the incredibly famous Tanzanian artist, Diamond Platnumz, Kenya’s very own Nyashinski, and South Sudan’s John Frog.

Ann-Joy Michira, the Marketing and Innovation Director of East Africa Breweries PLC, expressed her excitement, stating, “OktobaFest is a celebration of our unique East African identity, and this year’s artist lineup is a true testament to the diversity of musical talent in this region. We are thrilled to bring together such incredible talents from South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya and look forward to audiences being treated to unforgettable experiences across the region.”
