Shakib Cham Lutaaya , Zari’s husband, expressed his appreciation after Bongo Flava star Diamond Platnumz commended the genuine love that Zari Hassan, his ex-partner, receives from him.
Diamond recently shared a delightful video on his Instagram, showcasing Zari enjoying and endorsing his new song with Jay Melody and Mr Blue, titled ‘Mapoz.’
Seizing the moment, Diamond disclosed Zari’s satisfaction with the love she experiences from her current husband, Shakib Lutaaya.
“Mama Tee @zarithebosslady tells you that the love she gets from @shakib_cham is 150 kilograms. That’s how she enjoys it no matter what. The boss lady, a white man at heart,” Diamond wrote beneath Zari Hassan’s video posted on Sunday.
Rather than interpreting such a comment negatively, Shakib seemed to take pride in what Zari’s co-parent shared.
Responding to the Bongo star, the 31-year-old Ugandan expressed gratitude and acknowledged him as his brother-in-law.
“Powa Shemej @diamondplatnumz,” Shakib replied to Diamond.
This evident display suggests that these two men, both significant in Zari Hassan’s life, harbor no animosity and instead share a positive relationship.
It’s not the first time that Diamond and Shakib have openly shown a harmonious relationship.
Last October, videos and photos of them together circulated on social media, earning praise for the maturity they demonstrated.
Discussing the meeting, Zari mentioned that her co-parent wanted to meet someone who spent considerable time with their children, prompting her to arrange the encounter.
The mother of five stated that the two men approached the situation with maturity, making it easy for her.
“I think it’s us women who like pulling strings, but for these two men, they were very good,” she said.
“In the past, I remember sitting with Diamond, and when I told him I was married, he said he wanted to meet my partner,” Zari said.
She noted that Diamond wanted to “know the kind of person who was spending more time with his children than he was.”
“Then I spoke to Shakib about it… I asked him if he wanted to, and he said yes. In the end, it was much easier to do.”
“He acknowledged that he was no longer in the children’s lives and was happy that (Shakib) was a kind and good person. Now they are good friends,” she added.
