Rwandan social media influencer and model Bijou Dabijou has officially confirmed she is in a new relationship, putting to rest weeks of speculation following her high-profile split from Kenyan businessman and matatu association boss Jamal Marlow, popularly known as Rohosafi.
Speaking during a candid Instagram Live session in mid-June 2025, Dabijou responded to curious fans eager for updates on her love life.
“Yes, I’m in a relationship now. I’m happy, I feel respected, and that’s all I’ll say,” she stated, without disclosing the identity of her new partner.
Dabijou’s revelation came after fans noticed romantic photos of her with a new man posted to her Instagram Stories, sparking widespread speculation.
Her previous relationship with Rohosafi had made headlines earlier this year, especially after Dabijou flew to Nairobi in May to celebrate her birthday with him. What began as a seemingly blossoming romance turned sour when Dabijou accused Rohosafi of deception, claiming he had promised marriage and a serious commitment—promises she says were made to both her and her family.
Rohosafi has not publicly addressed the allegations, maintaining silence on the matter since their fallout.
