Rapper 50 Cent is making headlines again — not for music or business, but for the way he allegedly ended his relationship with ex-girlfriend Jamira, also known online as Cuban Link.
In a viral statement, Jamira claimed that the two-year relationship came to an abrupt end after she asked the rapper for $10,000 — her first and only financial request.
“Ladies, think twice before dating someone like 50 Cent. During the entire time we were together, he never gave me a single dollar,” she said.
Jamira recounted that throughout their relationship, the only gift she received was a wig, allegedly worth less than $100. And on the day of the breakup, 50 Cent asked for it back.
“It wasn’t even a gift at that point,” she said. “He told me, ‘Leave the wig on the table before you go.’”
According to Jamira, when she finally asked for help with $10,000, 50 Cent’s response shocked her:
“Jamira, you’re a strong, independent woman. You don’t need a man to take care of your bills. Here’s $50,” he reportedly told her.
Feeling insulted and heartbroken, Jamira says she chose to walk away — only to be met with this final comment:
“I’ve been waiting to hear that for a long time,” he allegedly said.
Jamira ended her statement with regret and a warning for other women:
“Loving 50 Cent was the biggest mistake of my life. He’s just extremely tight with money.”
She even suggested that if your man follows 50 Cent on Instagram, that could be a red flag.
