TikTok content creator Wanjiku Oltmanns has announced the heartbreaking death of her seven-month-old baby, leaving her followers and the online community mourning with her.
Wanjiku, who has openly documented her motherhood journey on TikTok over the past several months, shared the devastating news with her audience, drawing an outpouring of condolences and messages of support.
Throughout her pregnancy and after giving birth, Wanjiku had publicly spoken about the challenges she faced raising her child, including financial struggles and mounting hospital bills.
She had also accused the child’s father, Kerry Martin, of abandoning both her and the baby, alleging that he refused to take responsibility for medical expenses that had accumulated to more than KSh500,000.
According to Wanjiku, Martin dismissed the relationship as a one-night stand and declined to support the child despite her repeated appeals.
