Watch: Did female KCSE examiner really steal underwear from hanging lines at Alliance Girls?

A video allegedly showing a female KCSE Examiner stealing underwear from hanging lines at Alliance Girls has generated debate on social media. The examiner was captured on CCTV cameras stealing wet clothes which included face towels, blouses and inner wears.

Representative from the Alliance Girls High School have not confirmed the matter yet but it is rumoured that the examiner is a Kiswahili teacher from one of the top schools in the country.

The video was initially shared by Twitter User Abuga Makori. Here is the video and reactions.
