It further stated that WRC is committed to developing, nurturing and leveraging talent fairly and equitably.

Wahome, a budding rally driver has been under investigation since December last year after her boyfriend Assad Khan succumbed to injuries inflicted on December 12. She was last Tuesday confirmed by the DPP as the key suspect in Assad’s murder.

She did not plead to the charge as the court directed that she undergo a mental assessment to ascertain whether she is fit to stand trial. Justice Lilian Mutende allowed the police to detain her at the Kilimani Police Station before she is formally charged on March 15.
