Popular Kenyan comedian and media personality David Oyando, famously known as Mulamwah, and his wife Ruth K have joyously announced the arrival of their newborn son.
Taking to Instagram, Mulamwah shared the wonderful news, expressing gratitude to God for the blessing of their child.
He gleefully introduced their son, named Oyando Junior, to the world in a heartwarming post.
“GOD IS GREAT. Finally, our boy is here, the heir is here, the KING is here – @oyando_jnr aka kalamwah. Welcome to the world, my son. It’s the best feeling in the world to finally see and hold you. Can’t wait for us to grow & make memories together.”
In his message, the comedian also extended heartfelt appreciation to his wife, Ruth K, for her unwavering support and for bringing immense joy and completeness into his life.
The affectionate bond between Mulamwah and Ruth K is evident as they often fondly refer to each other as besties.
Their close relationship became public shortly after Mulamwah’s highly publicized breakup with his baby mama, Carol Sonnie. Following the end of his relationship with Sonnie, Mulamwah introduced Ruth K as a close friend.
The comedian’s split from Sonnie occurred shortly after the birth of their daughter, Kayla. In a previous interview, Mulamwah disclosed that the breakup was instigated by Sonnie, who desired a lifestyle that he could not afford to provide at the time.
Amidst the excitement of their pregnancy announcement, Mulamwah and Ruth K celebrated with a traditional ceremony at Ruth’s home. This event, which was later referred to as a traditional wedding, was marked by joyous festivities, including traditional dances, as seen in a snippet shared by Mulamwah.
