Two-year-old boy dies in Molo house fire

Tragedy struck in Muchorwi center, Molo, as a fire claimed the life of a 2-year-old boy while he was asleep in his family home.

The fatal fire broke out on Monday, engulfing not only the toddler’s residence but also affecting 10 other houses in the vicinity.

According to a police report, the toddler, identified as Joseph Kamau, tragically succumbed to the flames and was burnt beyond recognition.

Responding swiftly to the emergency, firefighters from Timsales arrived at the scene and worked diligently to extinguish the raging blaze.

As investigations continue, authorities are yet to determine the cause of the fire, leaving the community grappling with shock and grief over the heartbreaking loss of young Joseph Kamau.
