Controversial televangelist Pastor Ng’ang’a ,who also is also a well-known businessman, has opened up about recent financial woes which have plagued his business, leaving him frustrated over the lack of profitability.
Ng’ang’a attributes the sluggish performance of his hotel to the absence of certain commodities on offer. Expressing his dissatisfaction, he points to the refusal to sell condoms, alcohol, and drugs as contributing factors to the decline in clientele.
“Niko na hoteli yangu. Lakini haifanyi vizuri kwa sababu siuzangi bangi na condom na pombe.” Ng’ang’a confessed.
Furthermore, Ng’ang’a suggests that the reluctance of Christians to patronize hotels, coupled with their preference for alternative accommodations, further hampers his business prospects.
”Christians do not sleep at hotels. Wakistro ata wakienda wanalala kwa madungu zao.” Pastor Ng’ang’a said.
Reflecting on his entrepreneurial choices, Ng’ang’a acknowledges the mismatch between his role as a pastor and a hotel owner, hinting at the possibility of divesting from the hospitality sector.
Ng’ang’a reveals his openness to divine intervention, expressing a desire for divine guidance on whether to sell or repurpose the hotel.
”Ata natamani mungu aniambie niiuze ama nipeane ifanywe hospitali.” Ng’ang’a said.
Despite his challenges in the business realm, Pastor Ng’ang’a remains a prominent figure in the country, recognized for his outspoken nature.
