Former KTN News anchor Michael Oyier has passed away.
Oyier died around 2:30 pm while undergoing treatment at a Nairobi Hospital, as confirmed by his family.
The seasoned journalist worked as an anchor and presenter at Standard Group for nine years before departing in 2012. Following this, he transitioned into offering counseling services and eventually became an executive leadership coach until his passing.
Oyier was also a certified psychologist.
He was the second-born in a family of five and is survived by his two daughters.
