Kenyan entertainer Joseph Mwenda, popularly known as DJ Joe Mfalme, has addressed rumors circulating on-air alleging that he betrayed his friend Allan Ochieng, also known as Hype Ballo, in connection with the murder case of senior detective Felix Kelian.
In an exclusive interview with Milele FM’s Ankali Ray, DJ Joe Mfalme clarified the situation, affirming that he and Hype Ballo maintain a good relationship despite the public speculation surrounding their friendship.
“People don’t know the full story, and since the matter is currently in court, I prefer not to comment on it. Public opinion is inevitable, but I want to make it clear that Hype Ballo and I are still in good terms. However, due to the ongoing investigations, we are not allowed to discuss the case,” DJ Joe Mfalme stated.
Additionally, DJ Joe Mfalme dismissed rumors suggesting that his friends had abandoned him during his time in custody, stating that he received significant support from both friends and family. He expressed gratitude for their unwavering support during a challenging period.
Furthermore, DJ Joe Mfalme revealed his plans to resume his normal work schedule now that he has been released. This statement indicates his readiness to move forward positively and continue pursuing his career in the entertainment industry.
