Police in Muhoroni, Kisumu County are investigating the tragic suicide of a teenage girl in Biafra village, God Nyithindo sub-location.
The deceased, 18-year-old Christine Anyango, was found hanging from the roof of her house at 4 PM yesterday.
Neighbors discovered her lifeless body and alerted the authorities. The police responded to the call, untied the body, and transported it to the morgue.
The motive behind Christine’s action remains unknown as no suicide note was left behind. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances that led to her death.
