EABL Director resigns

East African Breweries Limited (EABL) has announced the resignation of John Musunga as a Director of the company, effective March 18, 2025.

Musunga, who joined the EABL Board in July 2023, previously served as Managing Director of Kenya Breweries Limited from March 2021 under EABL’s parent company, Diageo.

Before joining Diageo, he held senior leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) across multiple countries, including Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Belgium.

With over 29 years of experience in strategic management and business leadership, Musunga is a respected corporate leader. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from USIU-Africa.

The EABL Board expressed gratitude for his contributions and leadership during his tenure.
