Entrepreneur and reality TV personality Mercy Kyallo has moved to reassure her customers following delays in the delivery of Yallo Leather products.

Supply Chain Disruptions

Mercy, who is the founder and creative director of Yallo Leather, explained that the setbacks were due to unforeseen supply chain disruptions earlier this year.

She revealed that two of her main suppliers shut down, leading to a shortage of key materials and slowing down production.

“I Am Not a Scammer”

Addressing her followers via Instagram, Mercy emphasized that she is fully committed to fulfilling all pending orders.

“I am not a scammer. We’ve had serious supply challenges, but my team and I are working round the clock to resolve the issue. All pending orders will be delivered,” she assured.

Customers Urged to Remain Patient

Mercy urged her supporters to remain patient as the company works to normalize operations. She added that Yallo Leather remains dedicated to maintaining the quality and trust it has built over the years.
