Singer Marya Prude has opened up about the emotional aftermath of her marriage breakdown, alleging that she once found a letter addressed to her late child and written by Ivy Namu.
Speaking during an interview on the Mike One Podcast, Marya reflected on the difficult period following the end of her marriage, saying the experience transformed her perspective on hardship and public criticism.
“I have been through it. There’s something that happens to you when you grow through a dark time,” she said.
Claims About Alleged Letter
Marya said she finds it difficult to sympathise with criticism directed at Ivy Namu, claiming she came across material that deeply hurt her during that period.
According to her, she discovered what she described as a letter addressed to her late child in which Ivy allegedly spoke about Willis Raburu being a good father.
“In my investigation, I got a letter to my dead child from her talking about how my ex was a good dad. I took a picture of it, I will show you,” she alleged.
She said the alleged discovery left her feeling devastated and angry.
“That made me so angry at that time. I was like, ‘How could you do that?’ This is somebody you are telling to have grace for?” she said.
Says She Has Chosen Not to Reveal Everything
Marya further claimed she possesses additional information relating to that period but has deliberately chosen not to make it public.
“I can’t even expose a lot because once I saw that story, I had some background information on it,” she added.
The allegations are Marya’s personal account and, based on the information provided, have not been independently verified or publicly responded to by Ivy Namu.
