Authorities in Kericho are currently investigating a case involving the discovery of the lifeless body of a 60-year-old man in a local lodging. The deceased, identified as David Kiplangat Ronoh, served as an elder in a nearby church

Mr. Ronoh’s body was discovered in a lodging at Kapsoit trading centre.

According to the Belgut Sub-county police commander, Charles Kibati, Ronoh was in the company of an unidentified young woman at the lodging at the time of his death.

“He was found dead with no visible injuries. He had no clothes at the time,” Kibati stated.

According to reports from the Kapsoit police officers, the woman in question reported the incident to the lodging’s management before hastily leaving the premises.

Additionally, authorities discovered a used condom at the scene.

A search is currently underway to locate the woman who fled.

The deceased’s body has been transported to the Kericho County Referral Hospital mortuary, where it awaits an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
