Detectives are currently investigating a tragic incident in the Magomano area of Juja, Kiambu County, where the lifeless body of 50-year-old Ann Njeri Wanjiku was discovered in her home.
The gruesome scene revealed Wanjiku lying in her bed, with blood seeping from her mouth and nose, indicating she had been murdered. The discovery was made long after the fatal event, on Friday, May 31.
No arrests have been made, and the motive behind the murder remains unknown. Police are actively searching for Wanjiku’s husband for interrogation in connection with the incident.
The body has been moved to the morgue pending an autopsy.
