Content creator Ruth K has publicly defended her parenting after allegations by her former manager claimed she deliberately made her son cry to generate content aimed at reconnecting with her ex-partner, comedian Mulamwah.

In a strongly worded Instagram post shared on Monday, February 2, 2026, Ruth K dismissed the accusations, describing them as false and hurtful, especially as they involve her child.

“Let me address this once and for all. No mother who carried a pregnancy for nine months and risked her life to bring another life into this world would ever hurt her child,” she wrote.

She added that her silence should not be mistaken for guilt or weakness, noting that she felt compelled to speak out because the claims touched on her son.

“Don’t take my silence for weakness. I hate explaining myself, but when it involves my son, lazima ni address,” Ruth said.

‘Not Staged Content’

Addressing specific allegations that her child’s distress was staged for online content, Ruth firmly denied the claims.

“Just to clear the air, I did not pinch my child, and never in my life will I ever hurt him,” she stated.
“Only God knows how much I love this boy, and my prayer every day is that God protects him from all my enemies and covers him with His holy blood.”

The allegations emerged amid ongoing public scrutiny surrounding Ruth K’s personal life and her past relationship with Mulamwah. Her response has since drawn widespread reactions online, with many fans expressing support and urging restraint when discussing matters involving children.
