Hip Hop star Cardi B has said that she will not be supporting any candidate in the upcoming 2024 US presidential elections. Hip Hop star Cardi B has said that she will not be supporting any candidate in the upcoming 2024 US presidential elections.

The rapper has criticized President Joe Biden’s policies in a fiery Instagram Live.. She told her 169 million followers that she can’t support a candidate who is ready to fund conflicts abroad instead of tackling problems in the United States.

“I don’t give a f*ck the résumé they send,” said Cardi. “I’m not endorsing no presidents no more.”

“Joe Biden is talking about, ‘Yeah, we can fund two wars,’” she went on, referring to the America’s military aid for Ukraine and Israel.

Since the war Russia invasion began, the Biden administration and the U.S. Congress have directed more than $75 billion in assistance to Ukraine, which includes humanitarian, financial, and military support, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, a German research institute.

Biden has requested $14.3 billion from Congress to fund the Israel Hamas war. This is in addition to the $3.8 billion that the US gives Israel annuallu

“Motherf*cker’s talking about, ‘We don’t got it, but we got it, we’re the greatest nation.’ No the f*ck we’re not. We’re going through some shit right now. We are really, really, really f*cked right now,” said Cardi.

“The world is in f*cking shambles… we can’t fund these wars. We can barely f*cking fund this country.”

BThe rapper’s sentiments echo Biden’s loss of support among young voters in the US. A poll released last week showed Biden effectively tied with former President Trump among young voters.

A New York Times/Siena College survey showed Biden virtually tied with Trump among voters younger than 30, with 30 percent backing Biden and 29 percent backing Trump. Thirty-four percent said they backed independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Meanwhile, an Emerson College poll released last month found 45 percent of voters younger than 30 backing Trump, while 43 percent said they supported Biden.

The latest data is surprising, given Biden’s victory over Trump among young voters in 2020. According to AP V
