In an official blog post, Google highlighted that this generative AI-powered feature currently offers ‘over 25 historical and cultural styles’ for users to explore, with additional styles slated for future release.
Google Art Selfie 2 enables users to capture a selfie either individually or with friends, seamlessly blending their faces into a chosen scenario.
By using Google Art Selfie, Users have the option to select from an array of styles, such as an explorer scaling Mount Everest, a medieval knight adorned in armor, or even an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh. Throughout the image generation process, the feature also provides interesting facts related to the chosen style.
Once the image is complete, users can download it and access additional information, including details about artistic movements, locations, and historical context related to their chosen theme by selecting the ‘Read More’ button.
