An undated video has surfaced on social media, depicting Shakib Cham Lutaaya sharing intimate moments with DJ Alisha, mere hours after Zari Hassan and Diamond Platnumz sparked speculation with their recent display of affection.
On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Diamond shared a video of himself and Zari holding hands, accompanied by a caption referring to his Ugandan ex-partner as his sister.
Following this, Shakib took to Instagram to share a series of cryptic messages, and notably, deleted all photos of Zari Hassan from his account. Shortly thereafter, footage emerged showing Shakib and DJ Alisha engaging in affectionate gestures, coinciding with the public sighting of Zari and Diamond walking hand in hand.
In the undated video, the Uganda-based Rwandan DJ is seen passionately expressing affection towards Zari’s husband, creating a stir online.
This latest controversy surrounding Shakib and Zari comes in the wake of accusations made by his other baby mama, Tusiime Jalia Cremy, also known as Lia Cremy, who accused him of neglecting his parental responsibilities in a series of Facebook posts on February 1, 2024. Despite these allegations, Shakib has not publicly addressed the matter.
This is not the first time Zari Hassan and Shakib Cham Lutaaya have been embroiled in controversy. In January 2023, Shamirah Nalule Sembatya, also known as Mimi, a Ugandan residing in the US, claimed that Zari had run away with Shakib, whom she asserted was legally married to her since June 2016. Mimi provided documents to support her claim, which Shakib vehemently denied, stating that they had only dated and never married.
