In a strategic move aimed at enhancing pizza delivery services across Nairobi and Mombasa, Uber Eats and Domino’s Pizza havenow joined forces.

“We are excited to welcome Domino’s to our platform. This reaffirms Uber Eats’ commitment to meeting consumers’ diverse culinary tastes, while becoming people’s everyday choice for access to local commerce, connecting businesses and customers seamlessly,” stated Uber Eats Kenya General Manager Kui Mbugua.

This collaboration follows Uber’s 2023 Year in Review, which highlighted the increasing popularity of American and African cuisines among Kenyan consumers.

Peter Jones, Managing Director of EatnGo Limited, expressed their intention to leverage multiple ordering channels to enhance customer convenience. Eat n Go serves as the Master Franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in Kenya.

The partnership signifies the expansion of Eat’N’Go Restaurant Group, which acquired Domino’s Pizza and Cold Stone Creamery franchises in Kenya in 2021, consolidating its position as the largest Domino’s Pizza and Cold Stone Creamery Master Franchisee in Africa.

This initiative builds upon an earlier partnership between Domino’s Pizza and delivery company Glovo aimed at improving delivery services in Nairobi.

Eat n Go emphasized that their focus on partnering with delivery platforms stems from evolving customer dynamics, which demand top-notch service delivery.
