The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (Kemsa) has announced the relocation of its headquarters from the Industrial Area to a new site in Embakasi.

The headquarters, previously situated along Commercial Street in Industrial Area, will now be based at the authority’s National Supply Chain Centre in Embakasi. The relocation will take effect from May 1, 2024.

According to Kemsa, the move aims to centralize its operations, leading to improved service delivery for Kenyans.

“KEMSA wishes to inform the general public and all stakeholders that our headquarters will be relocating from Commercial Street, Industrial Area to The National Supply Chain Centre in Embakasi off Airport North Road, with effect from May 1, 2024. The move will centralize our operations and inject efficiency for improved service delivery,” the Authority stated.

Despite the relocation, Kemsa assured stakeholders that their contact details remain unchanged.

“Our phone numbers and email addresses remain unchanged and customers can continue to access all services at the new office location uninterrupted,” Kemsa affirmed.

This move comes as part of Kemsa’s commitment to providing reliable, affordable, and quality Health Products and Technologies, along with supply chain solutions that save and transform lives. It follows the assumption of office by the new board of directors barely a year ago.
