After spending several weeks in the United States, Andrew and Tristan Tate have returned to Romania, reaffirming their commitment to fighting the criminal charges against them. The controversial influencer brothers landed in Bucharest early Saturday morning after a transatlantic flight, which Andrew Tate claimed cost $185,000 just to sign a single document.
Upon arrival at their residence near Bucharest, Andrew Tate addressed reporters, maintaining their innocence and criticizing the legal process they have endured.
“After all we’ve been through, we truly deserve the day in court where it is stated that we’ve done nothing wrong and that we should have never been in court in the first place. We should have never gone to jail. We should have never had our assets seized. We should have never had our names slandered,” he said.
“Anyone who believed any of this garbage has a particularly low IQ.”
The brothers’ return follows the lifting of their travel ban, which had previously restricted them to Romania. After the restriction was removed, they flew to Florida in a private jet, spending several weeks in the US before making their way ba
The Tate brothers were arrested in late 2022 and formally indicted in 2023 on allegations that they participated in a criminal network that lured women to Romania under false pretenses and sexually exploited them. Andrew Tate also faces a rape charge. They have consistently denied all accusations, claiming they are victims of government overreach and media manipulation.
As they prepare to face trial, the Tates have made it clear they intend to fight for full exoneration.
