Kenyan content creator and influencer Ruth K has reunited her young son with his father, comedian Mulamwah, in Kitale, just hours after making an emotional public appeal over the child’s health.
The reunion comes days after Ruth revealed that her son had been crying uncontrollably for nearly eight days, a distressing situation marked by sleepless nights, refusal to eat, and growing concern despite repeated hospital visits.
On Saturday, Mulamwah shared a reassuring video from Kitale, showing him spending quality time with his son. In the clip, the comedian appeared calm and relieved, confirming that the child was now doing well.
“God is great, the boy is home, ashafika. Calvo is fine ❤️❤️❤️ alikua amenimiss tu. Boys’ day it is ❤️😍,” Mulamwah wrote.
His message suggested that the child’s distress may have been emotional rather than medical, possibly caused by missing his father.
Ruth had earlier disclosed that she sought medical help at several hospitals in Nairobi, but doctors were unable to detect any underlying illness affecting the child. The uncertainty left her emotionally drained.
She described the experience as one of the most difficult periods of her life, revealing that her year ended on a painful note and the new one began in similar fashion.
The reunion in Kitale appears to have brought relief to both parents and fans, with many taking to social media to express joy and wish the child continued good health.
The development has also sparked conversations online about emotional well-being in young children and the importance of parental presence during early development.
