Kenyan media personality Ciru Muriuki has revealed that her social media inbox has been flooded with messages from younger men after she recently said she would consider dating someone younger.
The 44-year-old, however, clarified that her remarks were never meant to be an open invitation for every interested admirer to make a move.
Ciru specifically appealed to men under the age of 25 to stop sending her messages, explaining that a 21-year-old is far too young for her to consider dating.
She admitted that the response caught her completely by surprise, saying what started as a light-hearted comment quickly turned into an unexpected wave of attention from younger admirers.
