A bus belonging to Guardian Angel Company caught fire on Monday morning in the Gitaru area of Kikuyu, along the busy Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
Witnesses say the blaze began at the rear of the bus after the vehicle’s wheels reportedly jammed. Fortunately, all passengers were safely evacuated before the fire engulfed the bus.
Local residents and firefighters quickly responded, helping to contain the situation. No casualties or serious injuries were reported.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
