Remcy Don, popularly known as the Kenyan Jason Derulo, has offered to sponsor boxer Mbavu Destroyer after being moved by his story of training alone at home using stones, just weeks before his highly anticipated bout against Majembe.

In a Facebook post shared on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Remcy Don said Mbavu’s determination despite limited resources deeply touched him, prompting the decision to step in and help.

“Natafuta Mbavu Destroyer haraka sana. Niliona story yake ikanigusa sana,” Remcy wrote.
“Kupitia rende ya kuweka mawe, nataka kumsponsor gym na training yake mpaka awe bondia mkubwa,” he added.

Remcy further appealed to his followers to help him reach the boxer, asking them to tag Mbavu Destroyer or notify him that “Don anamtafuta.”

Mbavu Destroyer recently revealed that he had been forced to train solo after failing to secure professional gym support, turning to improvised methods at home as he prepares for the upcoming fight. Remcy Don’s offer could mark a major turning point in the boxer’s preparations ahead of the showdown with Majembe.
