Robert Alai has announced a crackdown on alleged brothel advertisements masquerading as massage parlour services in Kileleshwa.

Adverts Pulled Down

The MCA revealed that, working with his team, they have removed multiple adverts promoting what he claims are brothel services disguised as legitimate spa and massage businesses.

“With my team, we have removed all adverts for brothels in Kileleshwa,” Alai stated.

Warning to Establishments

Alai issued a stern warning to business owners operating under the guise of massage parlours, cautioning that further action will be taken if the trend continues.

“If this continues, action will be taken on the owners of these establishments advertising brothel services while pretending to advertise massage parlours,” he added.

Growing Scrutiny

The move signals increased scrutiny of businesses in the area, particularly those suspected of operating outside legal frameworks while presenting themselves as wellness centres.

Enforcement and Compliance

Alai’s remarks suggest that enforcement efforts may intensify, with authorities expected to monitor compliance and take action against establishments found to be violating regulations.

The development highlights ongoing concerns about regulation, business licensing, and public morality within residential areas of Nairobi.
