Kenyan TikToker Maribel has reportedly passed away, according to information circulating online.

Maribel was widely known for openly sharing her mental health journey on social media, where she spoke candidly about depression, emotional struggles, family responsibilities, and personal healing.

Used Social Media to Discuss Mental Health

Through her TikTok platform, Maribel built a following by discussing deeply personal experiences, including the pressures of being a firstborn and caring for family members.

She also frequently shared her views on relationships, marriage, and emotional wellbeing, with many followers praising her honesty and vulnerability.

Previously Admitted to ICU

Last year, reports indicated that Maribel had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at St. Francis Hospital for treatment related to mental health challenges.

Her openness about her struggles resonated with many young Kenyans facing similar emotional and psychological difficulties.

Tributes Pour In Online

Following reports of her death, fans and fellow content creators have taken to social media to mourn her and share condolence messages.

Many remembered her as a courageous voice who used her platform to encourage conversations around mental health awareness.

Mental Health Awareness
