Everose, the widow of the late Dr. Job Obwaka, has spoken candidly about how she handled attention from women who admired her husband during his lifetime.
Speaking in an emotional reflection, Everose described Dr. Obwaka as an accomplished and attractive man whose success naturally drew admiration from other women.
“Who Wouldn’t Notice Him?”
According to Everose, her late husband possessed qualities that made him stand out.
“The smartest guy, with money in the pocket and a good car, who does not have eyes for that?” she posed.
She explained that although she sometimes felt possessive of him, she eventually chose trust over constant suspicion.
“Many times I want to own him, and I say this is mine, but only when he is in the house. When he leaves, I don’t care or check on him; he is a doctor and professional, and he needs to do what needs to be done.”
Everose added that despite the admiration he attracted, her husband always returned home to his family.
“There is no single day that he slept outside; he loved me. When he comes home, he is my darling, the father of my children and the love of my life,” she said.
