DCI Links Viral Clip to Threats of Violence
According to a statement by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the controversial video contained incendiary language, threats of violence, and incitement that posed a danger to public order. It sparked widespread concern on social media and triggered a prompt response from security agencies.
Okindo allegedly used the platform to defend three former security agents who were previously arrested, and in doing so, threatened to mobilize resistance against law enforcement.
“We are going to apply guerrilla resistance tactics – Justice to all freedom heroes,” read part of a handwritten note found in Okindo’s residence, as per police reports.
Arrest Conducted in Miritini After Forensic Leads

- Three mobile phones
- Assorted documents linked to the Justice Direction Party
Authorities believe the content was aimed at inciting unrest and undermining national security.
