The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) seized over 5,000 litres of illicit alcohol and confiscated narcotics during a major multi-agency crackdown in Narok County.
The two-day operation, carried out on May 22 and 23, 2025, targeted well-known hotspots in the Topoti/Emorogi and Naikara markets, located in Narok North and Narok West sub-counties.
Leading the crackdown was NACADA Head of Enforcement, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nicholas Kosgey. The operation was conducted in collaboration with officers from the National Government Administration Officer (NGAO) and the National Police Service (NPS).
