Nairobi, Kenya – Monday, July 21, 2025 : Frida Wambui, a 28-year-old woman, collapsed and died suddenly while enjoying drinks with friends at a bar in Vila area, Embakasi. The incident happened on Sunday night and is under investigation.
Wambui reportedly began feeling unwell before collapsing on the spot. Her friends and the bar owner rushed her to a nearby health facility, but doctors declared her dead upon arrival.
“She was enjoying drinks with friends when she suddenly collapsed,” a police officer told reporters.
