Police have launched investigations after a human skeleton was discovered in a garden in Lamu, sparking concern among residents.

Gardener Stumbles on Skeleton

According to reports, a gardener was carrying out routine duties at the site when he stumbled upon what appeared to be human remains.

The worker immediately alerted authorities, who visited the scene and confirmed that the remains were a human skeleton.

Remains Moved to Mortuary

Police processed the scene before moving the skeleton to a local mortuary pending further procedures, including forensic analysis and efforts to establish the identity of the deceased.

Investigators are expected to conduct examinations to determine how long the remains had been at the location and whether foul play was involved.

Authorities have urged members of the public with missing persons reports or relevant information to come forward to assist with the investigation.
